Health, safety and ensuring Queen B is a safe place

Health, safety and ensuring Queen B is a safe place

As a very busy salon with a regular loyal clientele, I wanted to reassure you that the health and safety of both clients and our team have and will always be our number 1 priority.

Following the recent developments regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) I am closely following the information and advice released by the Government and Public Health England.

I feel it is sensible to ask our customers to familiarise themselves with this important information and guidance which you can view here.

It is important to stress that this is precautionary, the team and I are trying to stay ahead of the game in order to protect ourselves and our guests.
We will continue to closely monitor the information published by the Department of Health and Social Care.

Hygiene and your safety has and will always be paramount

Regular visitors to Queen B will know how strict we are when it comes to cleanliness, hygiene and sanitisation.
This has always been our top priority.

We do however request the following:

That every guest washes their hands when they arrive at the salon
If you feel sick please stay at home, we promise to give you the Queen B experience when you feel better.
If you need to cancel any appointments, this can be done up to 24 hours without a charge, please call the salon immediately 0203-441-7172
If you have been asked to isolate, this means you are to stay at home, please do not venture out.

If you have returned from any of the specific areas detailed on the government website since the 1st March, you should self-isolate and call NHS 111 whether or not you are showing any symptoms or even if your symptoms are mild.

Guests who have visited the salon within the previous 14 days and who are subsequently diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus, or have been in proximity to someone who has subsequently been diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus, are asked to advise us immediately.

Finally, I would like to remind everyone that keen attention to personal hygiene will help prevent the spread of the virus.

· Sanitising your hands when entering the salon
· Disposing of used tissues when coughing or sneezing
· Frequent washing of hands

For any further information please refer to Government Information

We are still committed to offering you the same high-level of service you expect from Queen B.

Lastly, I would like to thank you for your ongoing support, rest assured, it is still business as usual for us.

Thank you for your understanding and support in keeping Queen B a safe space for all.
