Gel nails have taken the beauty industry by storm since they landed in the UK just under a decade ago.

Gel polish brushes on like normal nail polish but it requires a UV lamp to harden (cure) and will leave your nails with a chip free shine for up to two weeks.

The result is fabulous and with nearly 200 different shades to choose from, a wide range of chrome and mermaid pigments, we will ensure your nails will look amazing and you will be the envy of your friends.

With our focus being on natural nails and nail care, the brand we use is Gelish. The number one gel brand in the world, it goes on like a polish and gives your nails 2 weeks of chip free shine that does not damage your nails and can be soaked off in less than 15 minutes.
We advise you to soak your gels off in the salon rather than picking them off so as to ensure your nails are not damaged. Yes, picking them off does damage your nails.

If you apply your gel nails at Queen B, we offer you a free soak off when you return to re-apply – We also recommend you do not keep your gels on for more than 2 weeks at a time.
The longer they stay on, the harder they become which means it takes longer to remove and sometimes this can lead to them being top heavy on your nails.

We also advise daily use of cuticle oil. We use the brand Dadi’Oil in all of our treatments and we also retail them at Queen B too and in our online store.
