Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is recruiting experienced Beauty Therapists in South Croydon for employed full-time and part-time roles.
Over the past 10 years, Queen B has built an excellent reputation for exceptional service, attention to detail, rigorous hygiene protocols and luxury guest experience.
We are looking for Beauty Therapists who love making guests feel looked after, can deliver fantastic results, and understand that a calm, professional guest experience is just as important as technical skill.
This role is focused on intimate waxing, facials, massage, consultation, aftercare, rebooking and retail recommendations.

Due to demand, we are growing our team and looking for experienced Beauty Therapists who can deliver excellent results and help guests feel genuinely looked after.
Beauty Therapist role in South Croydon
This role suits a therapist who combines technical ability with warmth, maturity and professionalism.
You must be confident delivering intimate waxing, facials and massage in a professional salon, spa or clinic environment. Full support will be given on Queen B systems, treatment standards and guest experience protocols, but this is not a beginner role.
If you are experienced, guest-focused and take pride in doing things properly, this is the role to consider.
What you will be responsible for
Day to day
- Deliver intimate waxing, facials and massage to a consistently high standard
- Carry out professional consultations before treatments
- Adapt treatments based on guest needs, skin condition, comfort and treatment history
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and professional presentation standards
- Keep your treatment room clean, organised and ready for guests
- Manage your appointment column professionally and on time
- Deliver a calm, consistent and professional guest experience in every appointment
- Recommend suitable aftercare and retail products where genuinely appropriate
- Support rebooking through quality, professionalism and trust
- Work well as part of a small, professional team
The standard we expect
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or VTCT, ITEC, City and Guilds or equivalent recognised qualification
- At least 3 years’ recent working experience as a Beauty Therapist
- Confidence performing intimate waxing, including Brazilian and Hollywood services
- Confidence delivering facials and massage treatments
- Excellent hygiene standards and professional presentation
- Good time management and appointment discipline
- A calm, professional manner with strong communication skills
- A genuine understanding of guest experience, rebooking and aftercare
- Right to work in the UK
- Availability to work agreed rota patterns

Working pattern
Full-time and part-time roles are available.
You will be working confirmed hours, allowing you time to take advantage of a healthy work-life balance. Rota patterns, preferred hours and availability will be discussed with suitable applicants.
