Please find below some FAQs which are questions that pop up from our guests and the answers as well as things that you may find helpful to save you time before your visit to Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge.

Can I book or cancel by email?

We recommend booking online or calling as email responses are not immediate, and appointments may get booked by others in the meantime.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you fail to show for an appointment the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the treatments booked. Should that card not have sufficient funds, the system will continue to try the card and will take the funds when available. Please be aware any monies outstanding will need to be paid before another appointment is booked.

Can I bring my child with me to Queen B?

Queen B offers you a luxury relaxing experience, unless your child is having a treatment, we ask you not to bring children into the salon. This is your time.

Can I bring my pet with me?

While we love pets of all sizes, we cannot permit any pets of any size in the salon.

Can I eat my lunch in the salon?

Out of respect to your therapist and other guests, we ask you not to consume any food in the salon.

Can I pay by card?

We welcome all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. We do not accept cheques or PayPal payments.

Can I still be treated if I have foot fungal or any contagious allergies?

Sadly not. Please let us know in advance if you think you have symptoms that could be contagious. If we discover any symptoms that you have not advised us about, we will not be able to treat you and you will be charged the full amount for your treatment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

When booking online, a booking fee is required based on the value of your treatment. This fee is securely processed via our Phorest Online Booking System and will be deducted from your total at reception following your visit.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Queen B is strictly by appointment only and cannot take walk-in appointments due to the requirement for telephone consultation.

How long will my treatment be?

Treatment times are guidelines only and include consultation, drink time, and aftercare advice. Treatments may be slightly shorter than advertised depending on the area being treated.

I can’t make my appointment

Appointments can be moved online through our website. However, we cannot move appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Parking is available in the surrounding area. Our opening hours are Tuesdays 10am-5pm, Wednesday and Saturdays: 10am – 6pm, Thursday, Friday: 10am – 8pm, Sunday: 10am – 4pm.

There is a photo of me on your social media, how do I get it removed?

We never take photos of clients without their knowledge. However, if you would like a photo removed, please let us know and we will do so promptly.

What happens if my therapist is on annual leave?

If your therapist is on annual leave, we will attempt to reschedule your appointment with another therapist and contact you accordingly.

What is the Queen B cancellation policy?

If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will incur a charge up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. If you do not show up for your appointment, the full price will be charged. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.

What services are available at Queen B?

We offer a wide range of luxury treatments including natural nail care, waxing, facials, body treatments, lash and brow sculpting, luxury pregnancy treatments, and premium retail products.

Why do I need to bring flip flops when having a pedicure?

Flip flops help to prevent your toes from smudging after a pedicure. We offer flip flops for £8 in case you forget your own.

Will I be seen on time?

We do our best to ensure timely appointments. However, in some cases, treatments may overrun if a guest needs more attention. You will be notified in advance if this happens.
