Before you book
If you are having normal polish with your pedicure, you may be seated under a toe dryer for 5 to 10 minutes. Please bring flip flops, not sliders, to help prevent smudging. Nail polish is touch-dry only and can take up to 24 hours to fully cure.
If you already have gel polish or BIAB on your toes, please make sure you add the relevant soak off when booking so your therapist has enough time.
Looking for hand treatments too? Explore our Luxury Manicures and Natural Nail Care page and our BIAB Nail Treatments page for stronger natural nail support.
Men are very welcome at Queen B. For more information, visit our dedicated Men’s Manicure and Pedicure page.
Aftercare
Great pedicure results do not end when you leave the salon. A little consistency between appointments makes a significant difference.
Apply foot cream regularly, especially after bathing, and use Pedi-Sox to help keep feet warm and support absorption after moisturising. If you wear polish, remember that traditional lacquer can take many hours to cure fully, so avoid closed shoes straight after your appointment where possible.
If you have had gel polish, avoid picking or peeling it off. When it starts to lift, book the correct soak off and your next appointment. If hard skin is one of your main concerns, regular maintenance works better than leaving it too long between visits.

What our guests say
Frequently asked questions
Which pedicure should I book first time?
If you have dry heels, visible hard skin or it has been a while since your last pedicure, choose the Spa or Footlogix pedicure. For a more indulgent experience with advanced hydration, book the Signature Pedicure.
Is hard skin removal included?
Spa and Signature pedicures both include hard skin work using the same professional system as the Hard Skin Removal Treatment. You can also book the Hard Skin Removal Treatment on its own if you want a more focused hard skin appointment.
Do you use jet pedicure tubs?
No. Queen B uses jetless basins for superior hygiene and effective sanitation between guests.
Why do I need to bring flip flops to my pedicure?
Traditional polish is only touch-dry when you leave the salon and can smudge for several hours if it is covered or knocked. Flip flops, not sliders, help keep the toes open and separated so the finish can cure properly.
Do you use cheese graters or blades to remove hard skin?
No. At Queen B we use a sterile stainless-steel rasp with single-use disposable files to remove hard skin in a controlled and hygienic way.
Will my feet be baby soft after one visit?
You will see an improvement straight away, but if hard skin has built up over time it may take more than one visit to achieve the best result safely.
Can men book these treatments?
Yes. Men are very welcome for all foot treatments at Queen B. Visit our Men’s Manicure and Pedicure page for more information.
How often should I have a pedicure?
Most guests maintain great results by booking every 4 to 6 weeks. If you build hard skin quickly or are working on a specific concern, you may benefit from more frequent visits at first.
Can I have a pedicure if I have a foot infection or broken skin?
If you have an active infection, broken skin, open cuts or severe inflammation, treatment will need to be delayed until the area has healed. If you are unsure, contact us before your appointment so we can advise you properly.
Ready to book your pedicure?
Whether you want a simple refresh, deeper hard skin work or a more indulgent treatment, we will help you choose the right pedicure for your feet.
