How do I join the Queen B Rewards Club?
You are eligible to join after your fourth visit. We will activate your membership at reception and give you a key tag to link your account.
Does it cost anything to join?
No—membership is free once you have completed four visits.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point per £1 on treatments, 2 points per £1 on retail, double points when you rebook in salon, plus 100 points for a Google review and 500 points for recommending friends and rebooking your next appointment in salon.
How do I redeem my points?
Every 500 points converts into a £5 voucher. Ask reception to redeem at checkout when you are paying for your visit.
Do my points expire?
Points remain active while your account is active and visits continue. Promotional or bonus points may have specific expiry dates which we will state at the time.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No—points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another guest’s account.
Can points be backdated if I forgot my key tag?
Points cannot be backdated. Please bring your key tag or the app to each visit so nothing is missed.
What if I lose my key tag?
Let us know and we will issue a replacement and link it to your account. Your existing points will remain.
How can I check my balance?
Open the Queen B App to view your current balance and vouchers anytime, or ask us at reception.
Can I use vouchers with other promotions?
Vouchers are usually valid alongside standard purchases; some promotions or discounted services may be excluded. We will confirm at checkout.
Are my old Treatcard points still valid?
Yes—your Treatcard points have been transferred to the new system so you can continue earning and redeeming without interruption.
