Gift cards may be redeemed across our full treatment menu. The recipient may choose their preferred treatments in their own time.
Does the gift card expire?
No. Queen B Gift Cards never expire.
How do I buy a physical gift card?
Select Physical gift card at the top of this page, choose the value, add your personalisation details, then add to basket and checkout as normal.
How do I buy an E-Gift Card?
Select E-Gift Card at the top of this page. You will be directed to our E-gift card page to complete your purchase.
Can I choose a custom amount?
Yes. Choose Custom Amount in the value selector, then enter your amount. The maximum custom amount is shown on screen.
Can I add a message and recipient name?
Yes. For physical gift cards you may add recipient name, an optional message, and your sender name. These details will appear on your order and in your confirmation emails.
I want multiple gift cards with different messages. What do I do?
Add each gift card to the basket separately. If multiple gift cards are added at once, personalisation will apply to all gift cards sent to one single shipping address.
Can you post gift cards to different addresses in one order?
No. One checkout can only ship to one address. If you need different addresses, place separate orders.
