How can I book an appointment at Queen B?

You can book online 24/7 via our secure Phorest system, or call 020 3441 7172.
As an appointment-only salon, evening and weekend slots fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.

Is there a booking deposit?

All appointments require a 50% deposit, processed securely via Phorest and deducted from your total in-salon on the day of your visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment.
Within 48 hours, the full treatment cost may apply if we are unable to fill the space.

Do you send appointment reminders?

Yes. A confirmation SMS and email are sent 72 hours before your appointment.
Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Your consultation form will be emailed to you and should be completed ahead of your visit.
We cannot remove acrylics, tips or BIAB applied elsewhere, so please ensure these are removed before you arrive.
For waxing, please allow at least three weeks of hair growth for the best results.

Can I bring visitors with me?

To maintain a calm, relaxed atmosphere for all guests, we are unable to accommodate visitors who do not have an appointment.

Are pregnant guests welcome?

Yes. Many treatments can be adapted for pregnancy, but some treatments may not be suitable. Please let us know when booking so we can advise properly and make your visit as comfortable as possible.

I need help with my booking — what should I do?

If you’re booking a surprise appointment, redeeming a gift card, or need assistance, please call the salon and a member of the team will be happy to help.

What if I’m running late?

If you are going to be a few minutes late, please let us know as soon as you can and we will try our best to work some magic.
We offer a grace period of up to ten minutes; after this we may not be able to carry out your full treatment.
