Shipping

We dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday. Where possible, we send orders the same day.
If your order has not arrived within four days, please contact us so we can advise.

Free UK shipping on orders over £125 (after discounts, before taxes).

We only ship within the UK. We do not send items internationally.

In-salon collection

If you select collection, a member of the team will email you when your order is ready. This is usually within 48 hours.

If you selected collection in error and would like your order posted, please contact us.
We will send a PayPal request for the shipping cost. We cannot dispatch until this has been paid.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used.

If you would like to return an unopened item, please contact us first with your date of purchase, the purchaser’s name, and the reason for the return. Return postage is paid by the purchaser. Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
