Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is recruiting experienced Nail Technicians in South Croydon for permanent employed full-time and part-time roles.
This role is for a qualified Nail Technician with strong hands-on experience in BIAB, gel polish, manicures, pedicures and natural nail care.
You will be joining a calm, standards-led luxury salon where preparation, hygiene, safe removal, treatment quality and guest experience are taken seriously.
We do not offer acrylics. We are not looking for nail-bar speed. We are looking for someone who understands that a lasting result is built through structure, preparation and proper technique.

Nail Technician role in South Croydon
This role suits a Nail Technician who values quality over speed and understands that durability is built through preparation, structure, careful application and safe removal.
You will be delivering BIAB overlays and infills, gel polish, manicures and pedicures in a premium salon environment where natural nail health matters.
This role may also suit an experienced BIAB Nail Technician, Gel Nail Technician, Manicurist, Pedicurist or Natural Nail Specialist looking for a permanent employed role in Croydon or South London.

A permanent Nail Technician role in South Croydon
This permanent Nail Technician role is based at Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge in South Croydon and is suited to an experienced professional who is confident in BIAB, gel polish, manicures, pedicures and natural nail care.
The salon is around a 2-minute walk from Purley Oaks and Sanderstead stations, with direct rail connections from East Croydon, Clapham Junction and London Victoria.
What you will be responsible for
Day to day
- BIAB overlays and infills to a consistently high standard
- Professional manicures and pedicures with safe, considered technique
- Gel polish application and removal without compromising the natural nail
- Correct preparation and structure to protect natural nail integrity throughout
- Precise nail painting, shaping and cuticle work
- Clear consultations, including declining unsuitable treatments where necessary
- A calm, professional and consistent guest experience in every appointment
- Clean workspace and strict hygiene protocols across tools, equipment and work areas
- Supporting rebooking through quality, consistency and honest guest education
- Working well within the team to maintain a friendly, professional salon atmosphere
The standard we expect
- Minimum 2 years’ recent salon experience as a Nail Technician
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy or Nail Services, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Confident in BIAB, gel polish, manicures and pedicures
- Excellent knowledge of natural nail care and maintenance
- Precise nail painting, shaping and cuticle work
- Excellent French polish application
- Confident carrying out preparation and removal without relying on an e-file
- Strong focus on natural nail integrity and long-term results
- Excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Understanding of foot health and contraindications
- Strong organisational skills to manage treatment timings effectively
- Exceptional guest service skills and a positive, professional manner
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to reliably commute to South Croydon
- Available to work Saturdays and alternate Sundays

Working pattern
Full-time and part-time Nail Technician roles are available.
Saturday availability is essential, together with availability to work alternate Sundays. Exact contracted hours and the remaining rota pattern will be agreed with the successful applicant.
