Beautiful Nail Salon! Got my toes done here & im normally very embarrassed of my toes but they made me feel really comfortable and ensured me not to feel embarrassed. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful looking salon! Would defo recommend! 5 stars! X

I am feeling like a regular now after only 3 treatments. I need to use my fingers pointing out details to customers and gradually they are starting to take shape. It is a fact that people are generally living longer and anything we can do to keep looking good must make a difference. Would I recommend a treatment here – bet your arse! Brian

The nail bar is lovely the Queen B Signature Pedicure is absolutely amazing the best pedicure I have ever had!!!! Definitely something I recommend, so if your looking for a new place to try to have a pedicure I recommend Queen B Luxury Nail Lounge.

I had an amazing experience at Queen B’s today.

My daughter was with me and they treated her like a princess.

The manager went out of his way to provide her with snacks and treats to keep her entertained.
I had the signature pedicure.

I found the ambiance in the salon to be relaxing, chilled and welcoming.

The team are highly professional, focused and attentive to your needs. This has to be the best spa pedicure I have had.
I will certainly be returning and I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done since discovering Queen B.
They don’t use electric files which damage your nails, instead they really care about looking after your natural nails which a lot of nail shops don’t do!
Everyone is friendly and it’s such a relaxing and fun atmosphere.

They are excellent at doing nails and also funny to talk with. The wax that was used on my eyebrows was the most pain free wax I have ever experienced!

The therapist was an amazing waxer. This wax was pain free.
Her technique is fabulous and the brand of wax used is a high quality product.
The environment is relaxing, chilled and meticulously clean.

Queen B is the best salon in Croydon. Recently renovated for their beautiful new beauty rooms.
I have to say this wax is the best wax I’ve ever come across, quick, completely pain free.
I was so shocked at how much it didn’t hurt! I was so scared to get waxed due to previous experiences.

I’ve gone from shaving to waxing but I am never shaving again, thank you Queen B for the ultimate relaxation and I always come out feeling great

Queen B staff are so friendly and professional I have just had my first waxing session,
I will recommend to my friends and family.
The therapist was truly skilled in her profession and she really makes you feel special and pampered.
I have moved to Coulsdon from North London and was very worried that I would not find the same service, but I have now.

1st visit to Queen B , booking process by phone pleasantly friendly and professional. Well done as I have not had pedicure for a year, super soft feet and nails great too.

Best waxing I have ever had in 20 years.

First visit to this salon, wax was lovely and light and relatively pain free and everything soft and smooth afterwards.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish, never been to Queen b before.
Was following on insta and decided to book a group of 4 for they’re signature pedicures.
Peter managed to book us all in on a Friday at the same time… the staff were absolutely fantastic and very polite.
Peter, well he greeted us with Prosecco…. such a warm welcome thank you.
My feet felt so soft, even with my shoes on I felt as if I was walking on cotton wool.
I will definitely be returning not only for regular pedicures but also hoping to try the Murad facial

After my treatment the therapist took the time to go through the Murad products that are suited for my skin type
and how and when to use them, she made sure I didn’t leave without getting the routine right!

I’ve been going to Queen B for nearly 2 years, I book in every two weeks for my gel hands religiously. The level of treatment and care is always amazing, it’s never short of perfect in my whole experience.
All the staff are so friendly, they’re great at giving you perfect gels and all the products they use are premium quality.

Top beauty salon nestled in the heart of South Croydon.. I cannot recommend Queen B enough for their amazing pedicures amongst other treatments I have had done. From the warm welcome of all staff, Peter’s energy and care, right the way to the immense hygiene throughout all treatments and tools is second to none. The wax and lash lift treatments were super too and you are well looked after.
