Queen B Waxing

Waxing at Queen B London

When Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge expanded into beauty treatments, waxing quickly became one of the services our guests were most pleased to see on the menu. Waxing requires trust, skill and proper hygiene, especially when it comes to intimate waxing, and Queen B was already known for attention to detail, guest care and high standards.

Today, Queen B has built a strong reputation as a premium waxing salon in South Croydon, with women and men travelling to us for professional waxing treatments carried out with care, precision and discretion.

Waxing at Queen B is not treated as a quick, uncomfortable chore. Our approach combines experienced therapists, professional wax, strict hygiene protocols, no double-dipping and a calm treatment environment designed to help guests feel comfortable from start to finish.

Why waxing at Queen B feels different

For many people, waxing is still seen as something painful, awkward or simply necessary. At Queen B, we take a different view. Waxing should be professional, hygienic, respectful and as comfortable as possible.

The wax brand matters, but so does the therapist. Experienced technique, correct skin support, confident removal and a calm manner all make a difference. Every Queen B waxing therapist is trained to work carefully and professionally, with guest comfort at the centre of the treatment.

We specialise in intimate waxing for women and men, including Hollywood waxes, Brazilian waxes and bikini waxing. If you are not sure what to book, or you do not know the difference between each style, please ask. We would rather explain properly than have you feel unsure.

If it is your first wax

If it is your first wax, please let us know when booking or at the start of your appointment. There is no need to feel embarrassed. Many guests are nervous before their first intimate wax, and part of our job is to make the experience clear, respectful and manageable.

For best results, put down the razor at least two and a half weeks before your appointment. The wax needs enough hair to grip properly. Shaving too close to your visit can make the treatment less effective and may mean some hairs are too short to remove cleanly.

We also recommend that you do not shave between waxing appointments. Regular waxing helps the hair growth cycle become more consistent, and many guests find regrowth becomes softer and finer over time.

Imagine waxing once every few weeks instead of shaving every other day. That is the point: smoother skin, fewer daily interruptions and a more professional result.

Hygiene, privacy and comfort

Queen B treatment rooms are designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Our rooms are private, air conditioned and equipped with height-adjustable heated beds, so your therapist can work properly and you can feel more at ease.

Hygiene is not an extra. It is part of the treatment standard. Waxing at Queen B is carried out with professional hygiene protocols, fresh disposable items where appropriate and a strict no double-dipping policy.

There has to be trust between a guest and therapist during waxing, especially for intimate treatments. We take that seriously. The appointment should feel professional, calm and respectful, not rushed or awkward.

Dayana Estevez

I’m quite shy so don’t always start up conversations and the therapist didn’t make me feel awkward by not chatting at first, but when we did chat – she was super lovely and made me feel very comfortable!

How to Prepare for an Intimate Wax

Waxing at Queen B FAQs

Do you offer intimate waxing for women and men?

Yes. Queen B offers intimate waxing for women and men, including Hollywood, Brazilian, bikini and male intimate waxing treatments.

Is waxing at Queen B suitable for first-time guests?

Yes. First-time guests are welcome. Please tell us it is your first wax so your therapist can explain the process, answer questions and help you feel more comfortable.

How long should I stop shaving before waxing?

We recommend putting down the razor at least two and a half weeks before your waxing appointment so the hair is long enough for the wax to grip properly.

Do you double-dip during waxing?

No. Queen B follows a strict no double-dipping policy. Hygiene is part of the treatment standard and is never treated as optional.

How often should I book waxing appointments?

Most guests rebook every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on hair growth and the area being waxed. Regular waxing can help the regrowth become softer and more consistent over time.
