Frequently asked questions

Do you offer pregnancy-safe options?

Pregnancy treatments are available from 12 weeks onwards, subject to consultation and suitability. Queen B does not carry out pregnancy treatments during the first trimester, or lash lifts, brow lamination or tinting during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Which nail treatment is best for weak nails?

Start with IBX repair if the nail needs strengthening from within, then maintain with BIAB or soft gel polish depending on your goals and lifestyle.

How long do BIAB nails last?

BIAB typically lasts 3–4 weeks with proper aftercare. We recommend timely infills to maintain strength, structure and length.

Is BIAB better than gel polish?

They serve different purposes. BIAB adds structure and strength, while gel polish focuses on colour and finish. Your therapist will advise the best option during your appointment.

What wax do you use?

We use Perron Rigot wax and tailor the wax choice to the area being treated and guest sensitivity. Hygiene is non-negotiable: we do not double dip, and we use fresh spatulas for every application.

Which facial should I choose?

Visit the facials hub to compare personalised Murad Method facials, Skeyndor professional facials and Dermalux LED Light Therapy. Your therapist can also guide you according to your skin, goals and treatment history.

Do you welcome men for beauty treatments?

Yes. Queen B is gender-neutral and welcomes all guests. Our menu includes men’s manicures and pedicures, waxing, facials, massage and other suitable treatments.

Do I need a consultation before booking?

Most appointments include an appropriate consultation at the start. For advanced skin treatments, pregnancy treatments, allergies, medical considerations or uncertainty about which service to choose, contact Queen B before booking so the team can guide you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Queen B requires at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in line with the booking policy.

How do I book?

Book online 24/7, use the Queen B app, or call 020 3441 7172.
