Autumn Reset — Terms and Conditions
The Autumn Reset is a package of pre-planned treatments and appointments designed around your needs.
Our concierge team will help you schedule your entire programme, including any Finishing Touches, from the start.
Pricing and Payments
Your total package price includes the programme and any Finishing Touches you choose. When you add Finishing Touches at the time of your application, you will receive a 15% discount on each. This discounted price will be shown in your confirmation email.
Finishing Touches booked after your initial purchase are charged at the standard price.
After you submit your request, we will send a confirmation email within five minutes. If you do not receive it, please email hello@queenb.london with your full name and phone number and a team member will contact you within 24 hours.
To secure your package, please complete your full payment or Clearpay/Klarna application within 48 hours of receiving the link.
If payment is not received, your package may be released, as only 10 packages per plan are available.
You can pay in instalments via Clearpay or Klarna (subject to status, 18+). If you choose Clearpay or Klarna, you enter a separate agreement with the provider.
We share only the minimum data required to process your application. Please refer to Clearpay and Klarna’s consumer terms and privacy notices on their respective UK websites.
What Is Included
Your receipt will list all purchased treatments, including any Finishing Touches. Please check it carefully before paying, as we cannot be held responsible for booking errors once payment is made.
If your package includes a gel polish treatment, we provide a complimentary soak-off for gel polish previously applied by us.
If your current gel polish was applied elsewhere, you must book and pay for a separate soak-off at the standard price.
BIAB soak-offs are charged at the standard rate, and we only remove BIAB that we have applied.
All soak-offs must be booked in advance to ensure adequate time is allocated for your appointment.
Booking and Programme Expiry
The first appointment in your programme must be booked and attended within 14 days of your package confirmation.
All subsequent treatments must be completed by 27 November 2025. Any remaining sessions after this date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
To reschedule an appointment, you must provide 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
If you arrive late for an appointment, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting the next guest.
Once payment has been made, packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances. Any approved refund will be subject to a 10% admin fee based on the total package price (programme plus Finishing Touches).
Health and Safety
For your safety, please complete your consultation form before your first appointment and inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or medication.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any lash lift or brow lamination. We may modify or decline treatments if they are unsuitable for you.
Exclusive Discounts
As part of your programme, you will receive a 25% discount on Murad skincare products (excluding promotional offers) for the duration of your 8-week programme, up to and including 27 November 2025.
Gift Card and Rewards
If you qualify for a promotional £50 gift card, it will be available for collection at your final appointment and will be valid during January 2026. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable.
All qualifying purchases earn rewards points in line with our rewards policy.
Complaints
If you have any concerns, please let us know during your visit or within 24 hours so we can resolve them quickly for you.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
