Senior Beauty Therapist — Waxing, Facials and Massage
Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is hiring a full-time Senior Beauty Therapist in South Croydon with strong ability in waxing, facials and massage, and the confidence to work to a high standard from day one.
This is a senior, lead-level beauty therapist role for an experienced professional who can deliver excellent treatment standards, maintain strong consultation and hygiene practices, and help uphold service consistency across the salon.
This is not a starter role and it is not suitable for candidates who require significant retraining.

This role suits a therapist who combines technical strength with maturity. Someone who can deliver excellent intimate waxing, results-driven facials and professional massage without drama, without hand-holding and without cutting corners.

What you will be responsible for
Day to day
- Deliver high-standard waxing, including Brazilian and Hollywood, with precision, control and strong guest care
- Carry out facials with proper consultation, skin analysis, treatment planning and aftercare guidance
- Provide professional massage treatments with strong technique, sound draping and guest awareness throughout
- Build trust with guests that leads to rebooking, retention and referrals
- Recommend suitable homecare and retail products where genuinely appropriate
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene standards to a consistently high level
- Support wider therapist standards through example, guidance and calm leadership
- Contribute to service quality, team consistency and diary growth
The standard we expect
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or VTCT, ITEC or City and Guilds equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ recent and consistent salon or spa experience
- Fully confident intimate waxing therapist
- Strong consultation skills and sound facial knowledge
- Confident massage delivery with strong practical awareness
- Able to work independently from day one
- Calm, polished and professional under pressure
- Commercially aware and comfortable recommending retail properly
- Right to work in the UK
- A realistic commute to South Croydon, ideally around 45 minutes or less
